The Engineering Service Division of Ministry of Health (MoH) Malaysia in collaboration with the Fakulti Teknologi dan Informatik Razak, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (FTIR UTM) and IEEE Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Subsection is pleased to announce the 2nd IEEE National Biomedical Engineering Conference (NBEC 2023) on 5-7th September 2023 that will be held in AMES Hotel Melaka, Melaka, Malaysia. We welcome all practitioners and researchers to nurture the frontiers of Science and Technology as inspired by this year’s theme, “Adaptation Towards Green & Emerging Healthcare Technology”. We seek for this conference to strengthen the community, expand skills and increase knowledge while addressing innovative and quality research and development within the field of biomedical engineering. All accepted and presented papers (oral presentation) will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to be indexed in IEEEXplore. Our previous NBEC2021 has successfully been published and indexed in the IEEEXplore and Scopus.
